Project Gutenberg Canada -- Inspired by the Project Gutenberg that was started in 1971 in the US, Project Gutenberg Canada began Canada Day 2007. Canadian citizens can create e-texts and download many books that are not yet in the Public Domain of many other countries. Some authors whose complete works can now be made available (in Canada) are A.A. Milne, Walter de la Mare, Sheila Kaye-Smith, Amy Carmichael, Gertrude Lawrence, Marshall Broomhall, Lilias Trotter, Laura Ingalls Wilder and Isobel Kuhn.

Official Website of Robert Munsch -- This easy to use website features 50 of his books read outloud by the author himself. Also within the site is a collection of poetry, and other stories for all to enjoy. Fun for Munsch fans, young and old.

Genealogy

Heritage Quest -- HeritageQuest Online™ combines digital, searchable images of U.S. federal census records with the digitized version of the popular UMI® Genealogy & Local History collection and other valuable content. This online database is an essential collection of unique material for both genealogical and historical researchers, with coverage dating back to the late 1700s. Researchers can use HeritageQuest Online to find their ancestors, trace their paths across America, and learn what life was like in the areas where they settled. HeritageQuest Online includes all of the images, and extensive indexing, from the 1790 - 1930 U.S. federal censuses.
